ArctiCore RDIMMs are high-capacity memory modules that deliver a variety of advantages over conventional memory modules, including doubling of the DRAM mounting area, superior mechanical attributes, integrated thermal solution and superior electrical performance. ArctiCore RDIMMs are designed for the latest generation of DDR2 server and workstation applications.
Siberia High-Density RDIMM
The Siberia RDIMM provides cost-effective main memory scaling. Using 36 standard 1Gb DDR2 devices per module, multiple 4GB Siberia RDIMMs can be used on each memory channel.

Newfoundland High-Density RDIMM
The Newfoundland RDIMMs the most cost-effective design to build a 4GB RDIMM since it can accommodate 72 commodity 512Mb DRAM devices. The flexible circuit is populated using standard SMT processes.
