ArctiCore FBDIMMs combine an integrated thermal management solution with a doubling of the DRAM mounting areas on the module—resulting in high-capacity FBDIMM memory modules with superior thermal performance. ArctiCore FBDIMMs are targeted at next-generation server and workstation applications.
Iceland High-Density FBDIMM
The Iceland FBDIMM delivers a significant thermal advantage over conventional FBDIMMs, both in terms of AMB and maximum DRAM temperatures, while allowing the use of 36 commodity DRAMs on each module.
