President, Chief Executive Officer and Director
Stephan Godevais joined Entorian in July 2008 as a result of Entorian's acquisition of Augmentix Corporation. He previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Augmentix, and currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Entorian. Mr. Godevais has more than 21 years experience in the computing industry, holding executive and general management positions for over half of his career. Recently, he served as Chairman, CEO and President of Valence Technologies, an innovative battery technology company, and prior to that time, he was Vice President and General Manager of the Inspiron™ and Dimension™ product groups at Dellâ„¢ Inc.Back to Top
W. Kirk Patterson
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Kirk Patterson joined Entorian in November 2003 and serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining the company, Patterson was Vice President, Corporate Controller and acting Chief Financial Officer for Cirrus Logic, Inc. Mr. Patterson also worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers as the regional manager for accounting services in Houston, as well as at BP Corporation (formerly Amoco Corporation), where his last position was manager of planning and economics. He is a CPA and holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from the University of Oklahoma.Back to Top
Stephanie A. Lucie
Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary
Stephanie Lucie joined the company in December 2003 and serves as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Prior to joining the company, she served as Vice President, Associate General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Cirrus Logic, Inc. Previously, she served as Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of AltaVista Company, as well as Vice President and Associate General Counsel of Compaq Computer Corporation. She was also in private practice with law firms in New York City and Houston, Texas. Ms. Lucie received her B.A. from the University of Notre Dame and her J.D. from Duke University School of Law, where she served on the Duke Law Journal.Back to Top
Ahmad Chamseddine
Vice President and General Manager, Computer Systems
Ahmad Chamseddine joined Augmentix in 2004 and has extensive experience in the computer industry, ranging from COTS for military and aerospace markets to leading-edge, commercial high technology for the enterprise server market. He has experience in all aspects of tactical complex product development requiring a dedicated focus on flawless execution, time-to-market product launch, high-quality defect-free products, and cost and risk management.
Ahmad's experience also includes strategic roles where he participated in setting up robust development processes to render successful product executions, as well as driving product planning strategies and architectures, with emphasis on balancing industry technologies with cost and customer requirements.
He has held various management roles at PowerStone Systems, Dell Enterprise Server Group and General Dynamics Canada. He holds a Master of Engineering Science (MESc.), Electrical Engineering, from the University of Western Ontario (Canada).
