Joseph C. Aragona

Chairman of the Board of Directors
Founder/General Partner, Austin Ventures

Joseph Aragona has served as a member of Entorian’s board of directors since 2003. He is one of the founders of Austin Ventures and has served as a general partner since 1982. He currently focuses on services and special situations investing, and has a successful track record of investing in a broad range of industries. Mr. Aragona joined Austin Ventures from the Merchant Banking division of the Bank of Boston.

Mr. Aragona received his MBA from Harvard Business School and his BA from Harvard University. Mr. Aragona has been a member of the Board of Directors of the National Venture Capital Association (NVCA) since 1999, chaired its Research Committee and is past Chairman. Mr. Aragona is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Lance Armstrong Foundation (laf.org) which focuses on cancer survivorship issues, and Casa Montessori, an early childhood development center. ^ top

Harvey B. (Berry) Cash

Director

Berry Cash has served as a member of Entorian’s board of directors since 2003. He has been a general partner of InterWest Partners, a venture capital firm, since 1986. He also serves on the boards of directors of Argonaut Group, Inc., Ciena Corporation, First Acceptance Corporation, i2 Technologies, Inc., and Silicon Laboratories Inc. Mr. Cash earned a BS in electrical engineering from Texas A&M University and an MBA from Western Michigan University.^ top

Kevin P. Hegarty

Director

Kevin Hegarty has served as a member of Entorian’s board of directors since February 2006. He currently serves as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of The University of Texas at Austin. Prior to that time, he served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Dell Financial Services, and Vice President and Corporate Controller of Dell, Inc. He also held positions of Senior Vice President and Comptroller of Associates First Capital; Controller and Senior Group Financial Manager of Trammell Crow Company; as well as an auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Hegarty currently serves on the boards of directors of the Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce, Texas Exes Alumni Association, Town Lake Films L.P. and Burnt Orange Productions LLC. He holds a BBA in accounting and a Masters of Professional Accounting, both from The University of Texas at Austin. In addition, he is a certified public accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.^ top

Clark W. Jernigan

Director

Clark Jernigan has served as a member of Entorian’s board of directors since 2003. He has been a principal at Austin Ventures since 2001, focusing on investments in the semiconductor industry. Before joining Austin Ventures, Mr. Jernigan held various positions with Cirrus Logic, Inc., most recently as vice president of new business development. He serves on the board of directors of registered mutual fund investment management companies and privately held companies. He holds a BS in electrical engineering from Texas A&M University, an MS in electrical engineering from Rice University, and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.^ top

Wayne R. Lieberman

Chief Executive Officer and Director, Entorian Holdings

Wayne Lieberman joined Entorian in 2005. Mr. Lieberman brings over 25 years of high-tech software, hardware and systems experience to Entorian. Most recently, he served as Vice President and General Manager of the Enterprise Business Unit, Communications Business Group, of Marvell Semiconductor, Inc. In this role, he was responsible for the overall business operations of the Enterprise Business Unit, including strategic direction and the P&L. Prior to this time, he held the position of Executive Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Business Development for Radlan Inc. Before Radlan, he worked in executive management positions at Texas Instruments, Tartan Laboratories, Inc., which was acquired by TI in 1996, Legent, Inc., Calay Systems, Inc. and Compunetics, Inc. He holds a BA from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh, where he graduated with honors. ^ top

Joseph Marengi

Director

Joe Marengi has served as a member of Entorian's board of directors since October 2007. He has been a venture partner with Austin Ventures since August 2007, and formerly spent 10 years with Dell Inc., most recently as senior vice president and general manager of Dell Americas. He joined Dell from Novell, where he most recently served as president and chief operating officer. Mr. Marengi currently serves on the Board of Directors of two other public companies: Hovnanian Enterprises and Quantum Corporation. Also as part of his role at Austin Ventures, he works with several of the Austin Ventures' portfolio companies. Mr. Marengi earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts, Boston, and a master's degree from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles. ^ top

A. Travis White

Director

Travis White has served as a member of Entorian’s board of directors since 2003. He has more than 30 years of experience in semiconductor operations, marketing, manufacturing and engineering through his executive management positions with various companies, including Centillium Communications, Inc., Sony Semiconductor Co. of America and LSI Logic Corp. Mr. White also currently serves on the Boards of Directors of Microtune, Inc. and two privately held companies. He earned his BS in biological sciences and chemistry from the University of Texas at El Paso.^ top
