Prior to the acquisition of Augmentix in July 2008, we provided advanced module and system-level products for high-reliability and high-performance markets by offering stacking and memory module services. In the first quarter of 2009, we exited stacking and memory module manufacturing and closed our manufacturing facility in Mexico to focus on the rugged computing solutions business. We have approximately 190 patents issued and pending for its stacking technologies, and continue to license this extensive portfolio.
